1. The Prize Draw is open to all UK customers except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. No purchase necessary. To enter subscribe on-line to receive latest news and information about Carte D'Or at www.cartedor.co.uk.
3. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
4. The closing date for receipt of entries is midnight GMT on 30th November 2010.
5. The promotion is limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
6. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transit. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Entries will become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
7. The 'Prize' is a year's supply of Carte D'Or ice cream provided as vouchers worth £50. The prize will be delivered to the winner's address in UK, as indicated on the entry form. There is no cash alternative to the Prize.
8. The first entry drawn at random by an independent judge from all entries received by the closing date will win the Prize. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. The Winner will be notified by email and / or post within 28 days of the closing date. The Winner must claim their prize within 30 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute Winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.
10. The Winner's details (name and county) will be made available within ten weeks after the published closing date on-line at www.cartedor.co.uk or on request to those writing to Carte D'Or, Unilever UK Limited, Springfield Drive, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7GR, enclosing a stamped SAE.
11. The Winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion.
12. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
