Creamy vanilla cheesecake, succulent raspberries and a raspberry sauce topping sit on a delicious crumbly biscuit base.

Ingredients

Vanilla flavoured cheesecake (68%): Skimmed milk soft cheese (15%), egg, sugar, water, vegetable fat, yoghurt, thickening agent (modified starches), cream cheese (2.5%), wheat flour, skimmed milk powder, citric acid, whole milk powder, natural vanilla flavouring from Madagascar, vanilla bean pieces, stbilisers (guar gum, locust bean gum, carrageenan), emulsifier (mono and di-glycerides of fatty acid), salt.

Biscuit Base (22%): Wheat flour, vegetable fat, sugar, water, oat flakes, invert sugar syrup, salt, whey powder, raising agents (sodium carbonate, ammonium carbonate), emulsifier (citric acid ester of mono and di-glycerides of fatty acid), yeast. Whole raspberries (7%).

Raspberry sauce (3%): Water, sugar, raspberry puree (0.5%), glucose syrup, thickeners (modified starch, pectin), dextrose, acidity regulator (citric acid), colour (beetroot red), flavouring.
